Beginning operations in January of 1998, Midwest Grain & Barge is the area’s only locally owned and operated grain dealer.  Our river terminal, located at the Southeast Missouri Port Authority in Scott City, has been in operation since December 1998.  The river facility includes two 950-bushel dump pits, and a 36-inch wide, 400-foot long conveyor system capable of delivering 500 tons per hour to a barge.  This means quick unloading and shorter dump lines to keep your trucks rolling!
